New Jersey Woman Killed in Auto Accident

A tragic accident in front of a Walmart in Hamilton recently claimed the life of one woman, according to local sources. Police in the New Jersey township responded to the auto accident that killed a 30-year-old woman. Charges have not been filed at this time, but police are asking the support of the community in determining the cause of the accident.

The report filed by police in Hamilton indicate that a 63-year-old man was traveling northbound, heading for a Walmart shopping plaza, when the accident occurred. It appears the man attempted to turn left and cross oncoming traffic to enter the parking lot, when he struck a southbound minivan driven by a 22-year-old Trenton woman. The force of the impact ran the minivan off the road and into a tree.

The front-seat passenger in the minivan, a 30-year-old woman, was seriously injured. She died at the crash scene and was not been publicly identified by police, pending notification of her family. It appears no one else was harmed in the incident. Police are still unsure which driver may have been at fault for the crash, but their investigation is ongoing.
